We require Phone Storage permission in order to proceed with loan application. With this permission, the customer will be able to upload images of identity/address documents, bank statements etc. required in the course of loan.
We may read the headers of all SMS to check the type of sender. We only read the indicative SMS content from 6-digit alpha numerical number for verification purposes. Pertinent information such as sender names, SMS content, received timestamps are periodically collected for the purpose of provision of financial and allied services and the data is transmitted to third parties. It is important to note that we do not read or analyse personal or OTP messages, except OTP messages sent by us, which are linked to our purpose of use during lifetime of the app installed. This data may be used to verify the financial statistics such as income, spending patterns which help us in the credit evaluation and may help us in facilitating higher limits, faster approval rates and for fraud detection & prevention.
This app collects details of system and installed applications to understand usage of applications like VPN, gaming apps, etc. for fraud detection and to understand your risk profile. This helps us to give quicker approvals and higher credit limits.
Loan112 respects the privacy of our Users and strive to embed privacy in all of our processes in compliance with the Applicable Laws. Loan112 recognize the importance of protecting your personal information as well as the importance of transparency in the way that we collect, use, store, transfer/disclose, and dispose information derived from your use of our products, services, online portals, and mobile applications.
Loan112 accesses the SMS log of customers' mobile phone and reads only the non-personal SMS sent by 6-digit alphanumeric senders to identify and collect only those SMS that depict any nature of financial transaction from various bank accounts that customer may be holding, for analysis of cash flow patterns, description and amount of the transactions undertaken by him/her as a user to help us verifying/ estimating the income/ expenses pattern, cash flow analysis and perform a credit risk assessment on him/her and provide him/her with the appropriate credit analysis or a loan offer. We do not read or collect any personal SMS of customers
Bank account details, credit card numbers, income information, and other financial data necessary for evaluating loan eligibility and facilitating transactions.
Such information of the User may include personal details (like name, address, date of birth, father’s name, mother’s name, your photograph etc.), contact details (like residential address, email address, telephone/ mobile number etc.), business detail (like employment type, business type, industry, employer detail etc), health information (like disease, physical disability, medical treatments, surgeries, etc), credit and financial information (like bank name, account number, bank transactions, loans, credit history etc) and device information (like location, messages, contacts, call logs, emails, log information, search queries, IP address, IMEI number, crashes, date and time, browser web storage, application data caches, cookies and similar technologies) of, or belonging to, such Users (collectively and individually referred as, “Customer Data”).
Loan112 collects Customer Data including PII, from you or from Loan112 & Service Provider, when you apply for any of our products & services, or for employment, or when you register an account on our Site, App or during your association with the Company. Users may be asked to provide us with PII through our Sites or through physical forms or when you enter any financial transaction with the Company
Loan112 may process your Device Data. Please refer the details provided in Annexure 1. Prior accessing such Device Data, Site may request that you activate requisite permissions. The general description of the mobile application’s behaviour can be referenced through the permissions module of your mobile phone. Right to Delete/ Forget the Device Data – Loan112 & Service Providers may access the Device Data while the User is accessing the Sites or applying for the loans, products, or services from Loan112 & Service Providers. Post mobile account deletion, you will not be able to avail services available on the mobile app.
However, mobile app account deletion will not impact any other terms and conditions agreed between you and Loan112, and you shall continue to perform all your obligations as otherwise agreed with Loan112. Please note, if you have applied for any loan and the application is under process, post mobile app account deletion, it will be discarded.
We shall not retain your Information and delete the same if it is no longer required by Us and when there is no legal requirement to retain the same.
